WWE Pro Pinball

WWE Wrestlemania calls players into the ring as WWE superstars embarking on a quest to become the WWE worldwide heavyweight champion. Players train their wrestlers and then compete in a series of matches leading them on the road to Wrestlemania.

The WWE Pro and the Limited Edition machines feature an innovative upper pinball playfield wrestling ring. With the flipper buttons, players control two “Slammer” slingshot-style kickers in the ropes of the ring. Completing the three drop target bank starts a wrestling match. Players rack up points and pin opponents in the ring by shooting into a kick out hole. Keeping the ball in the ring and hitting as many targets as possible will advance players through the match. Multiple ramps guide the ball throughout gameplay, while brilliant light shows highlight the all LED playfield. Ten licensed songs include intro music for wrestlers that players choose. WWE announcers Jerry “The King” Lawlor and Michael Cole add play by play excitement.

Kiss Pro Pinball

Stern Pinball’s KISS pinball machines reflect the energy, excitement, and experience of a live KISS concert. Players will experience 10 famous KISS hits in the concert arena playfield and embark on an exhilarating experience ultimately becoming elite members of the KISS Army. Players score points and finish game objectives to fuel the audience’s energy and excitement. Game of Thrones Pro Pinball

Stern’s Game of Thrones Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition machines are packed with features and toys that provide an irresistible challenge to play against kings, knights, knaves and dragons. Each player can choose to be a Knight of the Stark, Lannister, Greyjoy, Baratheon, Martell, or Tyrell family Houses, and pick other Houses to battle. Game of Thrones actor Rory McCann as Sandor Clegane (The Hound) guides the player throughout the game with authenticity and strong presence. The goal of the game is to rule the seven kingdoms of Westeros.

Players can win valuable random awards and features with Reel PopsTM, a fun new software mechanism, by playing the Pop Bumpers and spinning three virtual spinning reels on the display. When three identical symbols line up, the player is awarded the prize shown on the reels. Earn Gold and spend it on needed weapons and features. An Action Button is featured on the front molding for the largest array of interactive play features ever seen in a pinball machine.

The Game of Thrones Pro model includes all the above features and 7 multicolor Shield inserts that represent the great Houses of Westeros and special shots on the playfield. Lightning-fast ramps and orbits send the ball on fascinating and versatile courses throughout the game.

Spiderman Vault Edition Pinball

Special 'Vault Edition' comic-themed relaunch of the iconic Spider-Man pinball machine.

Originally launched in 2007, Stern’s Spider-Man was a sensational machine that set flippers flapping throughout the pinball community. Designed by Steve Ritchie, it was based on the popular film franchise of the time and pitched players against some of the greatest villains in the Marvel universe on a feature-rich, dynamic playfield. Fans loved it, and it’s become one of the most sought-after Stern pinball machines ever.

For 2016, Stern has revamped the machine and based the Vault Edition directly on the original Ultimate Spider-Man comic book series, instead of the films. All-new artwork by Mark Bagley transports this game directly into the Marvel universe, and the DMD animations are now based on the comics, too. New sound effects, vocal samples and two new music tracks complement the original music score.

The gameplay remains much the same as the celebrated 2007 machine – fast, intense and spider-silk smooth. Players must go head-to-head with some of the baddest villains from the Marvel universe. Defeat the Green Goblin by hitting his Pumpkin Bomb stand-up targets, or go for Venom’s two large ramps and attack the symbiote’s spinner to boost your score. The enormous Sandman in the centre of the playfield can only be attacked once you’ve dropped the three-bank in front. Defeat him to access the saucer beneath, and evade Doc Ock’s magnet while striking his targets with Multiballs for victory. Once you’ve beaten all four villains, you will enter the four-ball Multiball Battle Royale mode.

The game modes have been altered to better reflect the comic book storylines, whilst LED lighting gives the Vault Edition a lurid comic-style glow. Key areas on the playfield have been reinforced and modified for better durability. The villain figures are also new, modelled to resemble the original characters from the comics, rather than the films.

 

Ghostbusters Pro Pinball

The Ghostbusters pinball experience highlights the humour of the film as the player progresses through the game. The game also includes custom speech by original “Ghostbusters” cast member, Ernie Hudson, who guides the player into becoming the newest member of the Ghostbusters team!

Ghostbusters pinball is designed to be easy to play but difficult to master. It features a moving interactive Slimer toy target and a fresh distinctive layout that integrates traditional pinball devices with unique multifunction two-way ramps featuring a magnetic diverter and scoring switches. In addition, the game features a modern take on a ball transfer target, combative open field drop targets, a ball eject target, a captive ball target and custom moulded toys.

 

The Premium and Limited Edition models also feature an interactive ghost hologram target with animations, “para-normal” magnetic action slingshots, distinctive ramp architecture and additional custom moulded toys.

All models feature beautiful and unique hand drawn art by renowned illustrator Jeremy Packer a.k.a. Zombie Yeti.

Pirates of the Caribbean

The greatest pirate adventure of all-time is now the pinball machine from Stern Pinball, Inc. Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean pinball features exciting elements from the first movie, as well as the box office record-breaking, Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean/Dead Man's Chest.

For those fans of the movies, Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine adapts the characters and settings from the two Disney films perfectly into a pinball playfield. Two former Williams' developers designed Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean, game designer Dennis Nordman and rules designer/software engineer Dwight Sullivan.

"Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean is the perfect title and theme for a pinball," Gary Stern says. "It lends itself to lots of mechanical action pinball shots and toys for casual players, yet the story cries for deep rules to challenge the best players."

The goal of Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean pinball is to go on a pirate adventure to defeat Davy Jones, Jack's nemesis in Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean/Dead Man's Chest.

Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean offers the following features:

  • A mechanical pirate ship that the player strikes with the pinball. With each hit, the ship lowers its sails and eventually sinks into the playfield, thus revealing a shot into the Kraken's mouth. In this area, the player can sink the ship, destroy the Kraken, and fight Davy Jones.
  • A mechanical treasures chest, the Dead Man's Chest, through which the player can shoot the ball. When the player has the KEY, the chest opens. They can then spell H-E-A-R-T to begin HEART multi-ball.
  • A contained spinning rubber disk where the player can capture up to three pinballs. The disk bounces them around in the contained area and holds them for an extended period of time till the player starts multi-ball. The disk sometimes represents Tortuga and other times Port Royal.
  • A map compass comprised of playfield inserts that shows the player each feature they need to finish. Complete all eight features and play Four Winds Multi-ball.

Avatar Pinball

James Cameron’s Avatar Pinball by Stern Pinball, Inc. through a license with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products transports players to the planet of Pandora on a quest to protect the Na’vi people from an invading mining colony. Based on the number one film of all-time with $2.7 billion in worldwide box office receipts and the top-selling Blu-ray release of all-time, the pinball game translates James Cameron’s history making epic into a one-of-a-kind gaming experience. Staying true to the innovative nature of the film, James Cameron’s Avatar Pinball features a 3-D backglass with incredible depth, clarity and colour, speech and sound effects from the movie, and an original voiceover by Stephen Lang, who plays Colonel Miles Quaritch.

In James Cameron’s Avatar Pinball, you are Jake Sully. Capture the pinball in the transporter link that reveals a Jake Sully figurine, thus transforming yourself into his Avatar. As his Avatar, you will have to escape the Thanator, fight the Viper Wolves, and ride the great Leonoptyrix. Travel through the Hallelujah mountains and do battle with the RDA in the bumpers and face Colonel Miles Quaritch in his mechanical AMP Suit. In the SPIDER-MAN™ pinball machine, you are Spider-Man™. Your goal is to defeat the villains from all three movies: Green Goblin from Spider-Man, Doc Ock fromSpider-Man 2, and Sandman and Venom from Spider-Man 3. There are detailed, vibrant toys of each of the four villains on the playfield with an associated shot. Defeat all four villains and experience Battle Royale!

Kevin O'Conner utilized the film’s art resources and created the back glass and playfield art, while Marc Shoenberg and Mark Galvez also worked with the film’s art direction, to produce the cabinet art.
